There are many reasons to clean cooling system and the air ducts in your home. When ducts are clean, you can make a difference in your air quality, the cooling system lasts longer (because there is less dirt wearing out its components), for those of us with allergies, this should be a welcome improvement.
We would recommend having air-conditioned system and filters cleaned 30-40 days (as we have hot and humid climate in UAE) but the ducts less frequently. It really depends on the person (allergies, etc.) and the home (number of pets, etc.)
